Mr. Al Alvarez was Founder, COO and Chief Credit Officer for Trism Business Solutions and President of Trism Capital Fund I. He was responsible for the total management of the company's operation, as well as the management of a private capital fund used to originate commercial loans and the purchase of discounted portfolios of notes from the FDIC and Commercial Banks. He also managed the company's consulting, capital and debt placement functions.

Prior to that he was Senior Vice President and Manager of Commercial Lending for Silver State Bank where he managed a team of professionals with an extensive portfolio of business, commercial real estate and midmarket commercial and industrial loans.

He was a Founder, President and CEO of Business Bank of Nevada a community bank specializing in business banking that was later acquired by City National Bank.

After relocating to Nevada from New York City, Mr. Alvarez spent 18 years with Bank of America as a Senior Vice President and Division Manager where he led the banks Commercial Lending Division servicing Small Business, MidMarket and Private Banking. He also managed the bank's SBA Government Lending Division with 13 offices in 7 States.

Mr. Alvarez started his career in Banking in New York City where he worked for Banco Popular as a Management Trainee and later as an Operations Officer for one of the bank's branch office. He was recruited by the National PR Forum an agency of the US Department of Commerce where he started as a Financial Analyst and later was promoted to Deputy director of the program. He was later recruited by Chelsea National Bank to lead the bank's Credit Department where he managed a group of credit and industry analysts.

Mr. Alvarez is a graduate of St. John's University in NYC and a Graduate of the University of Oklahoma Graduate School of Banking. He is considered an expert in Commecial Lending, and has taught many Banking courses in Financial Statement Analysis, Cash Flow Analysis, Commercial Lending, Commercial Real Estate Lending, Construction Lending, Special Industries Lending, Credit Administration and Accounting.

Mr. Alvarez is very involved in community and professional business organizations and was past President of the Board of the Opportunity Zone City of Las Vegas, member of the Board of Directors of Nevada Economic Development, past President of the Nevada Chapter of RMA, President of the Board of Nevada Special Olympics, a Board Member of the Latin Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce. He was past President of the Board of Directors of Spanish Trail Country Club and current Chairman of the Board's Finance Committee.
