Mr. Courtney Rush is the Chief Executive Officer of First Premier Equity LLC.

Mr. Rush oversees all of First Premier Equity’s day-to-day operations, and he manages all aspects of the Company’s real estate acquisition strategy and apartment-rental business development. Mr. Rush is a founding partner of First Premier Equity.

Prior to FPE, Mr. Rush was the Director of Operations of Wenonah Investments, an investment management and real estate company owning 15 separate companies – including a luxury homes real estate company. At Wenonah, Mr. Rush oversaw day-to-day operations and new acquisitions. Mr. Rush is a licensed commercial pilot and certified flight instructor. He has worked for Virgin Atlantic, Direct Air and Allegiant Air. In addition, Mr. Rush worked for Mace Security International, Inc., a publicly traded company. Mr. Rush received his Bachelors of Science in Aviation from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
