Lori Flynn is the president and co-owner of Foodhook, an online menu planning service that offers meal plans with professional chef support. Foodhook is her second internet venture.

In 2009 Lori opened SeekingSitters Capital District, an Albany and Saratoga Springs, NY area franchise of the national online babysitting referral service, SeekingSitters. She sold SeekingSitters Capital District in 2012.

Lori brings more than 15 years of management experience to Foodhook. She began her career in commercial and film production in 1997, working on more than a dozen commercials and line-producing 15 feature films, including Just a Kiss (GreeneStreet Films 2002). She was a producer for the New York Comedy Film Festival and all of its short films from 1999-2001.

In 2004, Lori founded Operation Ovation, a charitable organization that raised funds for New York City-area Soldiers deployed to Iraq.

Lori lives in Delmar, NY, an Albany suburb, with her husband and two children.
