Dustin Friesenhahn has been leading teams building innovative products for the past decade. He was worked in massive software factories like Microsoft and Expedia, as well as high growth start-ups. He thrives on developing great customer experiences which have a big impact in both the consumer and enterprise space. He particularly love early phase product development, with mountains of unanswered business questions and hard technology problems to solve.

Dustin co-founded Formative Loop as a passion project helping to build and expand a highly successful individualized math program focused on foundational skills. Seeing the positive impact it was having on local schools, the goal was to explore just how many students' math scores could be improved. The results have been amazing. Formative Loop has been doubling their school participation each year. Growing their capabilities and school footprint is Dustin's main focus.
