Kevin has developed a reputation for taking under performing operations and teams and turning them into success stories. From a small 94-room hotel to a multi-property leadership role responsible for over 1,000-rooms to overseeing leadership training for over 3,900-hotels around the globe, Kevin has done it all. His background includes working for prestigious organizations such as The Walt Disney Company, Hilton Worldwide University, Hampton Hotels, Hilton Garden Inns, Homewood Suites by Hilton, and Sleep Inns. Throughout his career, Kevin has become the go to person for challenges big and small. Hotel owners have turned to Kevin to have him help turn failing operations around, take disengaged teams and turn them into engaged and connected teams, and taking tarnished public brand images and creating a positive image.
Kevin also had the distinguished honor of serving as the Regional Manager of Learning for Hilton Worldwide University’s Hotel and Owners College. There he led the Hampton GM Leader, Hilton Garden Inn University, and Homewood GM Leader programs where he certified over 1,000-new General Managers. During his time in this role, Kevin partnered closely with senior brand leadership to ensure that the programs delivered on each brand’s promise to instill their unique culture.
Most recently, Kevin has been working with TravelClick to stand up “TravelClick University” with a mission to deliver learner centered, performance based training for the Americas Sales Division. Based in New York City with offices around the globe, TravelClick provides expert technology and business intelligence solutions so that hotels can optimize performance, grow revenue, and create a stronger brand. The new corporate university’s role is to support the sales and account management organizations including the inside sales team. An industry leader, TravelClick’s Inside Sales team is one of the top performing Inside Sales organizations in the world continuously exceeding YOY growth in excess of 140%.
Kevin is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana where attended Southeastern Louisiana University. He currently resides in Orlando, Florida and is Vice-President of the Florida Chapter of the American Association of Inside Sales Professionals. Kevin is also a member of the Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA), American Society of Training & Development (ASTD), and the Metropolitan Business Association of Orlando.
