Mr. Breen is president and owner of Breen Electrical Contractors Inc. which he started in 1993. He has successfully conducted a technical consulting/expert witness business as well and has contributed to a number of well know magazines in the construction and technical field. Mr. Breen is also an avid blog writer and enjoys contributing to the electrical field.

Mr. Breen recognizing the need for non-profit corporations to be diligently managed with sound business practices took his vision to the St. Joseph Franciscan House, Inc. in Brooklyn, NY in 1999. The "House" a transitional homeless shelter for men boasted a success rate of over 98% with men in the home for two years! Mr. Breen conducted various fund raising activities and golf outings. Mr. Breen was fascinated with the oppurtunity available thru grantors and hired a very successful grant writer to help secure funding for the "Home" Mr. Breen was instrumental in the creation of the "Home's" five year strategic plan and business plan.

In 2007, Mr. Breen joined the Francesco Loccisano Memorial Foundation Inc. from its inception. Mr. Breen's vision and expertise was put to good use with Camille Loccisano's passion to help children and their families fight pediatric cancer. Mr. Breen clearly identified with Camille's passion to assist families and their children while in their most difficult times. Mr. Breen who met Frankie before he passed was so impressed with Frankie's grace, and tenacity. Frankie's ability to bring a smile to another child also fighting cancer was truly a gift Frankie possessed.

Today, the foundation helps families is financial and emotional distress all throughout the United States. Mr. Breen is trully grateful to founder Camille Loccisano for following on her son's wish, "to really help children with pediatric cancer"!
