Ms. Spracale has more than 20 years of senior and executive management experience, focused primarily on operations, marketing, strategy and human resources. Her career spans work at some of the top brand names in retail as well as start-up experience within the media and software industries. She parlayed these experiences into her current roles, where she now is the co-owner of two small companies; a speciality retail bakery and a niche management consulting firm.

Ms. Spracale has a passion for identifying and developing talent, working with management teams to identify key strategic initiatives and opportunities, and mapping out plans for success.

She holds a Masters degree from Grand Canyon University, along with her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Ms, Spracale also received her coaching certification from Babson College, and is a skilled facilitator of case-based and experiential methodologies. She has been featured as a key-note speaker at corporate events and various regional and national conferences in addition to her extensive consulting work.

In her free time, she is proud to be on the Board of Directors for AWEE, and actively looks for other ways to give back to her community through other volunteer efforts.
