I have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electronic Engineering. While attending school I worked at Play Incorporated in the Quality Engineering Department. After graduating I was hired by Intel Corporation as a Software Validation Engineer in the Graphics Chipset Division. Within a few short months I became the lead Software Validation Engineer and led my team in all aspects from arranging schedules, defect tracking, bug analysis, and interfaced with upper management. I then transferred to a new position as an Application Engineer supporting the Intel Graphics Chipset Software and interfaced with original equipment manufacturers (OEMs). I implemented new processes for OEM’s to submit software issues. I drove customer issues from submission all the way through completion by working with various internal teams including Software Development, Build Team, Technical Marketing Engineers, and the Software Release Management Engineering Team. I also initiated the automation of the Driver Release Notes to streamline communication for the customers. I have traveled to visit customers and reviewed post mortem presentations to help bridge gaps of support and enhanced communication.

After my child was born in 2002 I left Intel to pursue my own business ventures. I started an online personalized teddy bear business. The concept was to create a low cost “franchise” opportunity. A member that joined paid a low startup and monthly fee. Within 24 hours the member had a duplicate site and generated a 40% income off of all product sales sold through their website. I in turn generated a monthly recurring income as well as income from all product sales. The business expanded throughout the years and has been written up in the Home Based Business Magazine in 2003, Mom’s Business Magazine in 2004, and the First & Main Newsletter in 2005. I sold the business in 2009 to pursue other business ventures.
