He holds significant experience in developing Software / Web Applications, with abilities in managing the spectrum of tasks ranging from conceptualization to deployment. Management of project teams & customer relationship management is his forte. He is an adept in acting as an ambassador of change for successful implementation of business solutions in organizations within pre-set budgets and deadlines. After graduation, Madhukar went on to pursue an Advanced Diploma in Software Engineering with the focus on Oracle Database.

This advanced diploma became the foundation stone for his pursuance of an entrepreneurial career in I.T. He was learning the lessons in entrepreneurship in Bangalore, this during the late 90’s when even Bangalore saw the churn happening. This was when I.T companies became attracted, followed by the millennium bug opportunity leading to companies started up in Bangalore mainly. It all re-ignited his passion in I.T and he decided to go back to Udaipur; (his hometown) to start an I.T company along with his brother, who had just completed his stint in a marketing job in Mumbai.

An I.T company in the year of 2000 that too, just in a Tier-III town like Udaipur was a matter of laughter. It was a struggle for many individuals and Madhukar faced a lot of resistance for this decision he made. Regardless of it all he stuck to his guts and with very little money started the venture. By the year 2005, it was quite evident the company had to change its focus towards BPO and allocate all the energy towards the overseas markets. Madhukar launched a new entity for this particular purpose, aptly named Fusion, and went all out to attract new businesses. As they say, luck only favors the brave, and due to his bravery, he received a big assignment from the WPP group, which ultimately led to many new referrals.
