Mr. Griffith has over thirty five years of senior executive experience in insurance, insurance brokerage, and general financial services. Mr. Griffith is the Founder of RiskPro Partners, and Founder and Chairman of Rapid Expansion Group LLC. Mr. Griffith has served as chief executive officer of both private and publicly traded organizations. Prior to RiskPro Partners and Rapid Expansion Group, He founded and was CEO of the tenth largest privately held insurance broker in the United States and the largest in Texas, Summit Global Partners Inc. Summit was sold to a publicly traded company. He also founded a second Texas based broker, and completed five Texas based acquisitions for the company’s investors. Mr. Griffith also served as the North American CEO of a public traded broker in London, England, and served on their board of directors and executive committee. Prior to the London assignment Mr. Griffith was the CEO of two subsidiary companies owned by one of the worlds largest insurance and financial service firms. In 2005 and 2006 Mr. Griffith acquired, on behalf of a group of investors, a multinational insurance company. He is also the Founder and Chairman of Heroes of Texas Support Group LLC, a non-profit organization supporting both military active duty and veterans, as well as first responders. He has served as a director of CIAB, based in Washington DC, industry. He has been a director the World Federation of the Insurance Intermediaries, a subdivision of the World Trade Organization. Additionally, he has also served as a director, a member of the executive committee, and Chairman of WBN, the largest international insurance brokerage network, based in London England. Mr. Griffith is active in charitable and educational activates, and is a partner in Dallas Social Ventures and a director of Millikin University. He is a member of YPO/WPO and a former trustee of Outward Bound. Mr. Griffith served four years on active duty as a Captain in the US Army.
