Based in Amsterdam Michael strategically oversees Frazer Jones` and The SR Group`s business across continental Europe and leads the Amsterdam office itself. Before he changed into search and recruitment he started his career in Human Resources.

Michael was Head of HR and People Development before moving to an HR consultancy where he developed, sold and delivered HR and change management consultancy services to clients, as well as delivered HR initiatives internally. Now he uses his experience and networks within the recruitment and executive search arena with focus on senior leadership roles within Human Resources.

He has placed European & Global HR Directors, Heads of Talent and Learning and director level Business Partners covering several countries and continents. He has built networks with Global Leaders in the UK, Western and Eastern Europe and within the United States covering all major sectors including financial and professional services, oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, and the chemical and manufacturing sectors.

Personal:

Michael is very passionate about Inclusion and Diversity. Not only is he an openly gay executive who regularly challenges the status quo, he also is a proud dad of two lovely boys. Michael and his partner Kory adopted two boys in 2015 in the UK and live now in the Netherlands.
