Adam Wasserman is founder and senior partner in Global Logistics Development Partners and has a senior background project finance, infrastructure, ports management and legislative issues.

GLDP is an investment advisory firm that specializes in matching market analytics to the development of asset value at emerging logistics and trade centers. This includes work near sea and inland ports, airports, transportation infrastructure and property and industrial development. GLDP has capacity in global logistics trends and dynamics, corporate supply chain, infrastructure planning, economic development and project finance.

Adam has substantial experience in infrastructure and development planning large-scale projects connected to cargo hubs including ports, airports and reuse of former maritime facilities in North America and in Europe. With a finance background, Adam understands the nexus between public sector and private investor objectives and has strong relationships with a wide spectrum of property and infrastructure investment funds.

Adam earned a Masters degree in environmental planning and finance and Bachelors degree in real estate and finance from Arizona State University.
