Perry began his career in Accountancy and Finance Recruitment in the mid 1990's before moving into Financial Services and gaining 10 years Corporate experience as a Banker for Lloyds Banking Group in the UK and Standard Chartered Bank in Singapore. In 2008, Perry returned to the Executive Recruiting space and has recruited across Asia Pacific, Singapore & South East Asia, Hong Kong, Middle East (GCC) and Europe (London and Zurich), covering Wealth Management, Private Banking, Management Consultancy and Corporate HR.

Perry enjoys keeping fit and regularly takes part in running, Dragonboating and Outrigger Canoe events.
