Rev. Deborah Kalinowski began Weddings On Wheels® in 1998 with the purpose of providing mobile wedding officiants to couples who desired to have their wedding ceremonies in non-traditional locations. Her business soon expanded to include baby blessings, baptisms, vow renewals and funeral services.

In 2012, along with Rev. David Lay-Flurrie, she co-founded God's Not Finished With Me Yet Ministries - an online, non-denominational Christian church. The church shares the "Good News" to the world via its website at http://www.godsnotfinishedwithmeyet.weebly.com.

Rev. Kalinowski is an avid target shooter, Second Amendment supporter, self-defense advocate and jury rights activist.
