• Developed the AArrow Entrepreneurial Training Academy that consists of college level classes for employees to work toward a certification in business skills recognized by the City of Los Angeles Workforce Investment Board, the Los Angeles Area Chamber of Commerce and the Los Angeles Community College District.

December 2009 Initiated and implemented a successful, global public relations model for each AArrow Advertising franchise market: Phoenix, Miami, Northern Virginia, Baltimore, Virginia Beach, Orlando, Raleigh, Little Rock, San Antonio, Hollywood, North Los Angeles, Tri-Cities, Chicago, Australia, Malaysia, Korea and Canada.

September 2009 Established a partnership with the Ford Motor Company’s Driving Skills for Life Program on a national level to certify our youth employees in risk management and incorporated this training in AArrow Advertising’s franchise system to reduce insurance costs.

February 2009 Coordinated the second annual AArrow Sign Spinning National Championship sponsored by 944 Magazine in conjunction with the 2009 NBA All-Star Game in Phoenix.

October 2008 Developed lasting partnership with U.S. Veterans Initiative in providing veterans with intensive entrepreneurial training through USC and Georgetown University on franchise ownership and operation.

July 2008 Established the AArrow Advertising Entrepreneurial Training Academy.
