Greg Neal’s passion for Real Estate began nearly 20 years ago, when he landed a job in 1994 as a producer for a small, yet-to-be-launched TV network called HGTV, Home and Garden Television. He went on to be a senior executive, creating videos focusing on buying, selling and renovating homes. He later served as a Vice President for Food Network and, then Oprah Winfrey, specializing in lifestyle video content, and being charged with negotiating multi-million dollar entertainment deals. His work for Food Network landed him the Broadcasting Brandbuilder of the Year in 2007.

Along the way, Greg and his wife began buying, renovating, and selling homes in California, New York and Texas, and now are on their twelfth home!

Greg now operates Neal Estate Santa Cruz from the offices of Sereno Group Santa Cruz.
