Helle was born and raised in Denmark. She and her husband, David, have two grown children and are now double grandparents.

The family moved from Europe to Carlsbad, California, in 2004 after having lived in several different countries including Switzerland, the Czech Republic, England and Germany. They purchased their home in Idyllwild 13 years ago and moved there full-time in 2018 after many years in Carlsbad

Helle has a master’s degree in Spiritual Psychology and Life Coaching. With earlier degrees in nursing and choreography and training in NLP, she was well-prepared to launch off into coaching writers, providing them with tools and inspiration to get their stories down on paper.

Helle is also a writer herself and published her first book “Gently Touched by Angels” in Danish and English. She recently published the third edition of her inspirational 44-card deck of “Fire Angel Meditation Cards” in Danish, English and German and is just now test-marketing a new set of “Archangel Cards.”

Her latest publication is for the 2022 holiday season "Rasmoose the Christmas Moose" It is the first book in the Rasmoose the Moose (TM) series aimed at children 5-8 which was illustrated by her friend Helle Urban. The second adventure for children is anticipated for summer 2023.

Beyond her own writing, the focus of Helle’s energy is on teaching writer’s workshops and memoir-writing.
