Mr. Neil Winchell founded Home Base Computer Services in Sacramento, California in 1997 as a company providing repair, upgrade, and support services to small businesses in Northern California.

Winchell grew the company from the startup phase to becoming an industry leader in the computer support sector in both the consumer and business markets in the Greater Sacramento area. His business has been recognized with awards including the Sacramento News & Review's "Best in Sacramento" award and several "Super Service Awards" from Angie's List, a customer-driven review and referral site.

In addition to his experiences at Home Base Computer Services, Winchell has worked in the computer support industry since 1992 in the customer service, accounting, sales, and technical fields.

Winchell holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Strategic Management from California State University, Sacramento.
