With 29 years of experience, Patrick Hoover is well versed in education and juvenile law. Practicing in both Maryland and the District of Columbia, Mr. Hoover has represented clients in hundreds of cases in local, state and federal courts. He is also a seasoned negotiator and advocate who often represents families at IEP meetings and school mediations.
Mr. Hoover is the founder and a current co-chair of the Education Law Section for the Montgomery County Bar Association. He has also served as chair of the Juvenile Law Section, and regularly writes a Technology themed column for the Bar's monthly newsletter.
