CM Taylor is one of the smartest working names in Communications and PR. Since graduating with a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Florida, Taylor has worked in education, the music industry, publishing and the non-profit sector. Recognizing the need for communication that was concise and effective, Taylor opened a strategic communications firm by the name of Hyphenate Communications.

Taylor was born in Kingston, Jamaica. Shortly after, Taylor migrated with her parents to Queens, New York, later moving with them to Florida. Even at a young age, Taylor exhibited the qualities of a fast learner and a willing doer and emerged as a leader in her schools, church and community.

An alumnae of the University of Florida, Taylor relocated to the Metro-Atlanta area immediately after her graduation.

Currently, Taylor oversees the communication projects of her clients which includes small business owners, emerging authors and musicians. Taylor also serves as a board member for a non-profit that is geared toward mentoring children whose mothers are absent from their life. In addition to all of that, Taylor is a regular contributor of articles on various topics for different sites.
