She is the CEO/Publicist of iT Factor Agency, the Creative Director and Stylist for The Glamour Groupe and Entertainment & Fashion Reporter for Press Pass LA. Always on the go, Mik (as most people call her), is a true city girl! When she’s not working hard at branding and promoting her clients or styling and directing a photo shoot, she is out schmoozing with some of the hottest people of Chicago & Los Angeles' fashion and social scenes.

At an early age, Mik discovered her love for fashion. She was always putting together
creative, on‐trend outfits that made her stand out from her peers. In high school, she was the President of the Haute Couture Club where she illustrated designs of her own. With dreams of being a fashion designer, she would sketch designs that people actually used to create garments from. After going the traditional route and going to college to study English/Pre‐Law, it wasn’t until later that she realized that she could combine her gift of gab, excellent writing skills and love of fashion and turn them into a Public Relations career.

iT Factor Agency was created from her love of fashion, beauty, lifestyle brands and
entertainment. Her goal is to find all people, places and things that are "iT" and make them publicly known and widespread. Particularly, up and coming fashion designers, music artists, actors/actresses, writers, editors, photographers, makeup artists and most of all women entrepreneurs. In 2010, Mik joined forces with RL Fox to create The Glamour Groupe, an image and lifestylea gency. She expanded both companies to Los Angeles in 2012 and will expand later to New York, Miami, Atlanta and eventually overseas.
