Steven Lay has been involved in operations, marketing and financing for more than 30 years, holding positions as President, Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President in 3 major public and private corporations. Mr. Lay lead an IPO effort for a charter airline in Souther California. As a Vice President for GES, he lead the Exhibitor Sales effort of a company that manages significant trade and consumer shows around the world. For 7 years he worked for Carl Icahn as Chief Marketing Officer of a $400 million travel company that sold corporate meetings and leisure products throughout the US.
In 2005 Mr. Lay started Image of Wine as part of Symtrek Partners, LLC to develop, design, manufacture and sell luxury wine related products that target the corporate branding market.
Symtrek Partners, LLC specializes in executing small luxury corporate meetings in California's wine country. Symtrek Partners is based upon providing confidential services.
Mr. Lay has demonstrated organizational and management skills, private and public financing acumen, and a love for the wine industry and wine country in particular. He was active in promoting leisure travel to wine country starting in 1970 while a marketing executive at TWA.

Mr. Lay is a retired Public Affairs Officer in U.S. Navy and has held several command positions; one of which was in the Hollywood Reserve Unit for the Navy.
He is also working on a video production-"Ledgends of Wine", a human interest show, which is being marketed to cable TV as a series on various world leaders in the wine industry.
