Bruce has been an entrepreneur that spent 18 years running logistics companies that served Fortune 500 companies, segued into entertainment by founding a nationally-distributed record company that was featured in Billboard, Black Beat, and Teen Machine magazines; and a film company that facilitated the production and distribution of The Last Poets documentary (Bravo TV 2003-2006), Hot Wax Zombies on Wheels (Pathfinder Home Entertainment.

In 2005 he launched Inicia Incorporated and its technology subsidiary i2MEDIALAB (Buenos Aires, Argentina), and in 2012 Incognito Worldwide (Bangalore, India.)

He continues to serve as Chairman/ CEO of Inicia Incorporated and its subsidiaries, while also taking on the role of Communications Director for OneWorld Pharma (OWP Ventures Inc. in Las Vegas, NV).

He has served as CEO of two publicly-traded companies. Under a pseudonym, he is a published author, columnist, and a member of the National Writers Union, International Federation of Journalists, and Society of Professional Journalists.
