Abby completed her undergraduate education at the University of Northern Iowa with a degree in biology. Her interest in the anatomy and physiology coupled with the desire to work with people led her to the Chicago area where she attended Midwestern University, earning a masters degree in occupational therapy.

Since then, Abby has worked in a variety of settings including outpatient, inpatient and skilled nursing facilities. In addition to her training as an OT, she has completed the teacher training program at Moksha Yoga in Chicago where she completed over 500 hours of course work.

Abby skillfully combines these two complementary skill sets to offer patients and clients a customized experience.
