In both her professional job as a mind/body therapist and as a teacher of yoga, Rachel strives to create a space for healing and transformation.

She believes that the true purpose of yoga is to provide insight into the patterns of the mind, and by recognizing and detaching from these patterns one can become more aligned with the Self, where divine knowledge exists.

Rachel works with patients that are looking to become comfortable in their own bodies by combining counseling and Yoga. She is the latest addition to IWG.
