MARK FREDERICK, Ph.D., Director, Global Talent Management, is the practice leader for IOR’s consulting services. Mark works extensively with business executives and corporate teams on global leadership development and change management projects. Over the past 15 years, he has designed and facilitated talent management solutions for multinational corporations throughout the world. Mark has broad, global experience working with leaders and employees from over 50 different countries.
Mark also coaches leaders and managers, helping them develop a global mindset and strengthen intercultural competence. He is licensed to deliver and interpret a variety of assessment instruments including: the Culture in the Workplace Questionnaire (CWq), the Global Competencies Inventory (GCI), and the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI). His doctoral degree is in Comparative Literature with an emphasis on Psychology and Cultural Studies. He is fluent in German, proficient in French, Spanish and Dutch, and has studied Danish and Japanese.
