DENISE KRAUS RYAN, Director of Global Destination Services, oversees all aspects of IOR’s Destination Services program delivery and quality assurance procedures throughout the world. Her responsibilities include managing IOR’s global DS Consultant network, working closely with the Client Services team to maintain program quality and supporting the sales staff in their efforts to grow the DS business.
Previously, as Director of IOR’s Client Services and Resourcing departments, she was responsible for program delivery and client satisfaction for Destination Services and Cultural Training programs throughout the world and for IOR’s Global Resourcing team. Denise also coordinated and moderated IOR’s highly successful Webinar series Essentials of International Assignment Management. Her other positions at IOR have included Strategic Account Manager, Business Development Manager, Director of Youth Training and Program Manager for the Language Department.

She served as Co-Chair of the Planning Committee for the Human Resources Management Association of Chicago (HRMAC) International Interest Group from 2008 - 2010. Denise holds a BA in Speech Communication, with a minor in Religion and Philosophy from Doane College in Crete, Nebraska and has completed the coursework for an MA degree from Loyola University of New Orleans. She has traveled widely and spent extended periods of time studying and working in the archaeological field in Israel and the West Bank.
