BETH ASHWORTH, Director, Language Solutions, is responsible for IOR’s language training programs and translation services. Beth works closely with the Business Development Managers to design customized language programs for IOR’s clients. She also oversees IOR’s team of Language Program Managers, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of service, as well as IOR’s network of 1000+ language teachers and translators. Beth also manages the individual language programs for several clients.
Beth started at IOR as a Language Program Coordinator after returning from Moscow, Russia, where she lived from 2006 to 2009. While in Russia, she worked as a translator and editor for clients in the marketing, finance and contemporary art fields, and as an English teacher.

Beth has a BA in Russian from Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota, and is in the process of completing the translation studies certificate from the University of Chicago. Beth is fluent in Russian, and has also studied Spanish, German and American Sign Language.
