Joseph's background includes senior and executive management positions with large and small firms– mainly, in the financial services, telecommunications, and enterprise software (SaaS) industries. He is the founder of E-Fax Communications, one of the first ASPs to offer enterprise permission based email and fax marketing services. Recently, Joseph was VP of Marketing for an enterprise social networking/community SaaS provider (Lithium Technologies www.lithium.com) and, as COO, turned around a troubled Web 2.0 company. Joseph's expertise includes managing SaaS/ASP type firms, social networking, software development, and sales/marketing of enterprise business services. His educational background includes a BA in Economics from SUNY Buffalo and an MBA in Finance from Boston University.
