Jo-Ann Moss, certified cruise specialist, has been in the travel industry for over 20 years. Passionate about travel since her youth, she studied language at the University of Connecticut and lived in Europe during her junior year. Upon graduation she moved to New York City, where she spent 17 years in the international sector. Her last position before moving to Oregon was as creative director for Club Med, the French vacation company. She took a break from travel to raise her family and reentered the travel arena in early 2011. She has enjoyed many cruises and considers them the easiest and most economical vacation available.
