A little about me...I'm a Business Owner, Fitness Coach, Speaker, Author, Husband and Father.

My passion is helping people get their bodies, their confidence and themselves back so they can become the best version of themselves.

I know what it's like dealing with being overweight, out-of-shape, stressed out, burned out, having health problems and nagging injuries all while working long hours and having a family who depends on you.

I've also learned how to overcome these challenges. For 15 years now, I've used my knowledge and experience as a coach, educator, speaker and author to impact, influence and inspire others to overcome the obstacles that keep holding them back.

I've helped companies like Taylor Farms Pacific, Valley Transit Authority, All-American Sports Academy, Fitness Academies and The Cathedral Of Faith achieve real, lasting transformation.

I'm the author of two books 'The Stress Free Diet'​ and 'The D.R.E.A.M Principles'​.

I am also the creator of 'The Muscle Imbalance Solution'​ that doctors, physiotherapists and fitness professionals all over the world have used to help their patients and clients overcome injuries when conventional rehabilitation methods have failed.
