In 2008 Mr. Rappoport established Rappoport Development Consulting Services LLC. Located in San Diego, California, RDCS LLC. Known by his peers as a land development and construction professional, Mr. Rappoport now provides consulting services as a certified arborist, tree risk assessor, C-27 landscape contractor and professional Horticulturist.

Mr. Rappoport hold a B.S. degree in Ornamental Horticulture from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, with emphasis in Landscape Architecture and Contracting. In 1980, Mr. Rappoport established Landscape Horticultural Services #436000, a full service landscape design, contracting and maintenance firm. After five years of building the business, Mr. Rappoport became the Landscape Superintendent for the Baldwin Company, developers of the 1,500 acre master planned community known as Carmel del Mar in San Diego.

Mr. Rappoport was promptly promoted as an Offsite Superintendent for an 800 acre master planned community located in Carlsbad, California, known as Rancho Carrillo, developed by Continental Homes. Mr. Rappoport's career in land development continued when he was hired as the Director of Operations for the prestigious The Crosby Estates, an 800 acre private, custom lot subdivision and PGA style golf club development located in exclusive Rancho Santa Fe, California.

During his tenure at Starwood Santa Fe Valley Partners developing The Crosby Estates, Mr. Rappoport coordinated with several merchant builders. One of the builders, K. Hovnanian Homes, hired Mr. Rappoport as their Director of Land Development where Mr. Rappoport had direct over-sight over multiple projects throughout Southern California.

With over three decades land development, construction, landscape, arborist and horticultural field and management experience, Mr. Rappoport is a valued, qualified landscape, arborist, horticulturist and land development consultant and legal expert witness for defendant and plaintiff attorneys and insurers.
