Andrew Johns has been working in the Web industry since 1999. Initially starting as a front end developer for a digital design agency, he lead a small team to build accessible and standards compliant websites on well known brands such as Waitrose.

He then moved onto another company to build internal applications such as project management tools and payroll systems.

Next he joined a company to work on their global subscription-based web application providing data manipulation tools and detailed industry analysis to academic and corporate institutions.

More recently he has worked with another digital agency, working on clients in the recruitment and financial sectors among others, before moving on to form his own agency, Larkswood Digital.

Outside of work commitments, Andrew is a STEM Ambassador, using his knowledge and expertise to inspire young people to explore the many facets of Technology and enter into a STEM-based career.
