Martin is our Head of Residential Property. He has over 30 years experience of handling a wide range of residential property work in the area.

Martin has the experience necessary to overcome whatever problems or difficulties
that may arise during the course of a sale or purchase whether a freehold or leasehold property.

He will help achieve a desired outcome as swiftly and smoothly as possible.

Martin also assists Clients with other residential property work, including resolving disputes or issues over boundaries or rights of way and handling transfers between family
members.
