Mr. Sharath Waikar is a young serial tech entrepreneur, the co-founder & CEO of Lean Station Pte Ltd, Singapore. He is a management graduate from XLRI, India and a telecommunication engineer. He is an extremely passionate believer and evangelist of lean construction methods and a practising Lean PlanDo facilitator for construction projects in Singapore.

His main areas of interests recently have been in cloud and mobile technologies. His background has been into product and technology development, business development and strategy and has deep experiences into virtual reality, game technologies and building training simulators. He has over 12 years of experience in building technology solutions for solving varied problems in industries like construction, education, manufacturing, oil & gas and healthcare.

He has practiced Lean Methodologies, Iterative and Hypothesis driven product development and has been involved in over 11 disruptive products lifecycle targeting different markets while playing key roles under Engineering, Operational, Marketing, Business and Strategic functions throughout his career.
