Jack Morrison joins Legacy Logistics, Inc. in early 2013 and brings transportation innovations that will forever transform how people move shipments across the globe. A respected and inspiring industry leader, Morrison was instrumental in developing some of the industry’s most pioneering transportation models for increasing bottom-line revenue for small-to-medium size trucking companies.

Through his vision and passion, Morrison helps to continue to build Legacy Logistics customer base and provides transportation solutions for some of the largest steel manufacturers in the United States. From a start-up into one of mid-South’s largest transportation companies, Morrison continues to bridge the gap between shippers and carrier.

Morrison served as the Executive Vice President of Steam-Rite, Inc. from 1992-1996 and slowly built Steam-Rite into a powerhouse service business operating the mid-south. Morrison left Steam-Rite to build Superior Steam Service Associates with long-time friend and business partner, Forest Pruett. While serving as President and CEO of Superior Steam Services, Inc., Morrison earns a sales and marketing degree.

Finally, in 2001, Morrison trades the boardroom for the open road and fulfills a life-long childhood dream to become a truck driver. Morrison develops a keen awareness for the needs of shippers, carriers, and drivers. Positioning himself in the unique position of a well-versed transportation leader, Morrison knows all too well the trials of the transportation industry. Morrison's education, both on the road and in the office, makes him one of the premiere brokers in the mid-south.
