Rosetta is an experienced Business Consultant, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified. A Professional Organizer working with business partners, clients, and employees to identify continuous improvement opportunities in the home or office and providing solutions to organizational needs for a healthy lifestyle.
Beginning as a Business Systems Analyst for a Fortune 500 company, Rosetta collaborated with multiple business departments to assess skill sets, requirements, and resources to provide efficient and effective operational processes. Also, Rosetta advanced her skills in Library Science through a Master's program at the University of Illinois to provide professional assistance with Company Directors and Senior leaders on their strategic planning and operational management of Library services.
Rosetta is a member of the NAPW, NAPO, and currently is the Marketing Manager for networking group AmSpirit, "Always Doing Business" Chapter. Rosetta has held positions of Board Vice President of the Morton Grove Chamber of Commerce and Industry & BNI, Liaison to Economic Development and Community Relations Commissions in the Village of Morton Grove. One of the Co-Founders and Director of Community Relations of the Morton Grove Farmers' Market, Communications, and Public Relations for Morton Grove Woman's Club.
Rosetta was the Director of Operations for Taylor Group in Chicago. Lead and manage the corporate development department team to provide best practice quality value-added services in all aspects of strategic organization development, human resources, corporate planning, organizational performance, and risk management practices across the organization.

She is skilled in organizational assessment and planning, workflow analysis, process mapping, home organizing, decluttering, and assisting the chronic disorganization of others.
