Malcolm’s responsibilities include guiding Liberty Stone Financial’s investment strategies and is chairman of the Portfolio Management Committee. Malcolm is primarily responsible for the management of our clients’ portfolios and oversees the selection of every security before it is recommended to clients.

Prior to founding Stone Partners in Hong Kong in 1999, Malcolm held a number of middle and senior management positions, in Europe and Asia, during his 16 year career with HSBC. Malcolm was instrumental in the merger of Liberty Financial with his firm Stone Partners in July 2010, serving as a board member of both firms during the transition period. He is a graduate of Oxford University and holds an MBA from the London Business School.
