Before co-founding Mainstream Investors, Mr. Anderson spent 20 years working in the financial services industry, where he served in various roles, including operations, account administration, new business development and executive leadership.

Mr. Anderson served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Integrity Mutual Funds, Inc. from 2003 to 2008, where he was responsible for directing the growth of a 20-year old publicly-traded financial services firm with mutual fund assets of $400 million, 450 independent registered representatives and annual revenues of $38 million.

He managed a staff of 55 professionals and was responsible for all aspects of the firm's operations, including investment advisory services, mutual fund distribution, regulatory compliance, fund administration and shareholder servicing.

Reported revenues for 2007 were $38.4 million, a 44% increase from the previous year. Earnings per share equaled the highest in company history. Revenues for 2006 were $26.7 million, a 38% increase from 2005.

He was awarded the Integrity Mutual Funds Distinguished Service Award in 2008.

Mr. Anderson served as Vice President of Jackson National Asset Management, LLC, from 2008 to 2010, where he was responsible for oversight of the company’s investment management and separate account operations departments. He was also responsible for marketing Jackson Fund Services, the company’s mutual fund servicing division.

Mr. Anderson served as Personal Trust Officer for Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. from 1999 to 2003, where he was responsible for new business development and account administration for the bank’s personal trust and investment management clients. He consulted with clients and prospects to identify their investment needs and structured estate planning strategies to maximize returns while managing tax implications. Mr. Anderson also developed investment strategies to meet his clients’ objectives for risk, income, and capital appreciation.

He was awarded the Wells Fargo’s Best Award in 2002.

Mr. Anderson is married and has two children. In his spare time, he enjoys playing guitar, reading presidential history and spending time with his family. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from University of North Dakota.
