Teddy H. Tsai is Founder and CEO of Markis Capital, whose mission is to discover quality companies and assist in improving their investor relations. He is concurrently Managing Partner of Trust Capital Management, a Taiwan-based Private Equity Fund, Chairman/Founder of Absolute Lifestyle Corporation, General Manager of Good Day Environmental Engineering, Founder of FIT365 and Markis Academy of Performing Arts, and Chairman/Founder of MusicOne International.

Markis Capital is a strategic investor relations advisory and private equity services firm that facilitates purpose-driven capital to generate cash flow streams that enable a better world. Markis Capital support companies and investment projects in environmental services, health & wellness, renewables, new media & entertainment, education, and technology.

As a passionate and involved founder/investor, Teddy is a 5x co-founder of innovative companies. Combined with his expertise in investor relations and asset management, capital and resources deploy using an analytical, rigorously tested methodology.

Prior to founding Markis Capital, Teddy was a research analyst and private equity manager at various investment banks, including DnB NOR, CLSA Capital Partners, Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and Insight Pacific. He was born in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, grew up in California, and graduated with a double major degree in Political Science/International Relations and Economics from the University of California, San Diego. Teddy has also completed coursework from the University of London and MIT.
