With a combination of an International focus from family, an MBA, a corporate experience at Mitsui, and a chance introduction to real estate, Joan began focusing her energies and entrepreneurial spirit nearly 20 years ago in the residential real estate business.

Joan helps both American and international clients have their New York real estate assets work for them. She excels in luxury condominium rentals and sales, corporate relocations, as well as development and preconstruction sales. She and her clients have enjoyed access to every major new construction property built in New York.

The combination of her ability to do financial analysis and negotiation, plus her international flair and intercultural understanding, make her a key mentor and ally for any client.

She lives in Manhattan and is an active community member of Asia Society, Civitas, The Real Estate Board of NY (REBNY), Sutton Area Community, and Colonial Dames of NY. She serves on the Board of Directors for her Coop Board, her child’s PTA of PS59 and Coalition of Midtown.

Joan is a graduate of Miss Porters School, has a BA from Boston College, and an MBA from UHBS- Paris, France and University of Hartford, Hartford, CT.
