Claudia N. McClinton has experience in litigation, non-litigation and mediation surrounding all aspects of criminal law, traffic law, and family law, including divorce, child custody, child support, visitation, alimony, post-separation support, equitable distribution, alienation of affection, domestic violence, property distribution, and other complex legal matters.

Ms. McClinton began her legal career in 2003 with the law firm of Holt York McDarris, & High. In 2005, she became a solo practitioner and then in 2008 was partners in the law firm of Gregory & McClinton until Keith O. Gregory was appointed to the Wake County District Court. Ms. McClinton began the McClinton Law Group, PLLC until she joined the McNeil Law Firm, PLLC.
