Felix is responsible for the formulation and implementation of MedPro Properties Inc's business model, working with the acquisition team to identify undervalued, off market and distressed medical and professional office buildings throughout the US that has a 2X-5X cost of acquisition upon conversion to office condominiums.
In addition, Felix engages with high net worth individuals, investment groups and hedge funds to meet the company's capital appetite. Performing on site visits and inspections of selected qualified properties for acquisition as well as presenting Tenant-to-Owner sales presentations upon condominium conversion are amongst his expertise.
Originally from New York but he has been living in Southwest Florida since 1987, has a degree in Business Administration. He acquired an under performing wholesale produce company and grew that to 200 accounts with $3,000,000 in annual sales.
He is also experienced in the financial arena as an Award Winning Financial Planner for a subsidiary of CitiBank, setting benchmark for recruiting, securities and mortgage volumes.
He also developed a true "one stop shop" for real estate buyers, forming Palm Mortgage Group, Gulf Homes Realty and Gulf Homes Title, which became one of the largest mortgage and real estate operations with multiple locations throughout Southwest Florida.
Felix joined forces to become one of the main distribution arms domestically for Steel Green Homes Global, an international innovative steel frame home manufacture, even for today's
standards.
Most recently, Felix has invested, partnered, managed & overseen 200+ rehab properties
both residential & commercial in the Southwest Florida area, purchasing directly from the
courthouse and Bank Asset Managers.
