Dr Todd leads the Mercury Healthcare Companies and its executive team with deep experiential knowledge gained through lessons learned from working with established medical tourism providers in more than 92 countries. Her 30+ years in healthcare management and clinical background lends practical experience, confidence and inspiration to the entire team.

She skillfully weaves her experience as a former hospital executive, managed care contracts negotiator, and business office manager, former OR nurse, health law paralegal, large HMO provider contracting coordinator, and organizational development practitioner into her insight and a "can do" corporate culture.

Prior to her entry in healthcare in the 1980s, she did stints as a senior travel counselor for the American Automobile Association's World Wide Travel Agency, and a volunteer lieutenant and firefighter and EMT in her local community and an officer on the county fire commission. She was also the first female disc jockey on a big-band jazz station in the mid-1970s.
