Michelle Valentine also takes the show on the road, traveling to romantic restaurants, tours romantic bed & breakfasts, jumps aboard hot air balloon rides, takes scenic boat tours, and interviews singles on the beach.

Michelle Valentine's career in television started when she was just a teenager, sort of as the "first Martha Stewart", creating the concept of an arts & crafts TV program titled, "Michelle's Craft Show". From there, she went on to host & produce a music entertaintment TV program, "Offstage", which was voted "Best of Detroit" for entertainment TV show.

Michelle Valentine earned her B.A. degree in Psychology from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan. Her studies included Psychology of Social Behavior, Human Sexuality, Abnormal Psychology, Psychology of Adjustment, Physiological Psychology, Learning & Memory, and Child Development. S
Over 10 years ago, she founded an international matchmaking company, Michelle Valentine International, having created hundreds of marriages and relationships. In her service of providing personal matchmaking to millionaires and educated professionals, she used her psychological training to provide the most appropriate matches to their needs and wants. Matchmaking services included personal coaching and mentoring, as well as wardrobe and image makeovers.
She created and populated an online dating site similar to Match.com and MillionaireMatch.com, with bells & whistles such as profile rating, extensive characteristic information, and a unique matching system (and sold the online dating system site in 2008).

Michelle Valentine is the best-selling author of the dating book, “How To Find Love Online: Secrets, Tips and Lists for Getting the Best Response” (ISBN 1-919925-22-0, 6x9, paperback, 124 pages, $14.95). Published in 2000 when online dating was a popular new way to meet singles, Michelle Valentine’s book continues today to be a helpful online dating book for singles on Amazon.com, BarnesAndNoble.com, and the United States library system.
Michelle Valentine received her book deal after successfully having over 100 of her “Dear Michelle Valentine” relationship advice columns published in the Orlando Sentinel newspaper (right next to Ann Landers’ advice column), in the Arts & Entertainment newspaper, the Orlando Weekly, the lifestyle Orlando Me Magazine, the cultural East-West Times newspaper, the women's newspaper Orlando Woman , and the alternative St. Pete Weekly newspaper. In addition to her relationship advice columns, her weekend entertainment “Singles” columns were published in the weekend Calendar section of the Orlando Sentinel newspaper.
