He has over 20 years of diverse business experience in business, with considerable achievements in the areas of Human Resources, Customer Success, Management Consulting, Project Management, Entrepreneurship, etc.
Ricardo has four university degrees in the areas of management, psychology and information technology from top universities, having earned a scholarship and 14 academic excellence awards.
Ricardo also suffered from Panic Attacks, Generalized Anxiety Disorder and the occasional states of depression that frequently accompany people with chronic anxiety. Having experienced these, and the debilitating impact they can have in people's lives inspired Ricardo to build MindCheck.
