motivateArt founder and motivational/transformational coach Jennifer Heslop is an emphatic and empathetic guide to Artists. She encourages self-reflection and self-actualization.

Known for her “blunt and to the point” honesty and approach, she engages with the highest potential in every Artist. Through introspective discussion, Jennifer navigates through fears, insecurities and stumbling blocks towards personal empowerment encouraging each individual to claim their own powerful potential already existing inside of them.

Born to a singer and a dancer, often surrounded by eclectic people, and having lived in several countries including the U.S, Europe and the Caribbean, Jennifer’s perspective is naturally all encompassing and unique.

Jennifer’s career includes 17 years of experience in the media and entertainment business working for MTV, VH1 TV, WBLS/WLIB and WWRL Radio, S.OB.S World Music Club and several other companies. As a creative individual and yearning to be self expressed, she was always searching for “The Job”, the one that was her calling.

Mid career and during a working slump, she attended an audio engineering school in New York, where she finally met with her destiny to be a professional motivator. Older than many of her classmates, she found herself mentoring and guiding the fellow students, by using her own life and work experiences as inspirational examples.

She ventured back into media for a few more years before landing a career guidance counselor position. She interacted with young artists daily, understanding their unique personal and artistic perspectives and providing a comfortable environment for self-expression that is all too frequently hampered by an all-consuming dose of self-doubt.

When Jennifer realized that one of her gifts is the ability to understand, support and nurture creative entrepreneurial spirit by honing abilities and developing talent to a marketable platform, she was inspired to start motivateArt, a launchpad for turning your "arts dreams" into "arts realities!"
