George has over 40 years of construction experience handling all manner of construction projects during that time. He was most recently President and CEO of International Construction Company with offices in Vancouver, Calgary, Reno, Las Vegas and Oakland. They primarily built high rise condominiums and resort condominiums. For 24 years, George held many positions for Layton Companies, including as COO. Significant projects include LDS Conference Center, Primary Children’s Hospital, Nauvoo Temple, Salt Lake County Jail, West Desert Pumping Station, Geneva Steel Continuous Caster and many interior and restoration projects. He also has extensive experience building houses.
