Having to locate continuity of care based on the medically necessary for her child to heal - yet was not provided any guidance as insurance companies dictated her child's treatment. Later experiencing a loss of her granddaughter through inadequacy of Texas Child Protective Services system without the proper communication or removal for the well being of her grandchild. To date her voice and advocacy to ensure parents are aware and informed of their rights.



Andrei is honored to be an active member of the United Nations - Austin Chapter to bring further awareness on children's mental health and a certified Human Rights Consultant.
