Mr. Muhammad holds a B.S. in Science, Technology and Culture from Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA. He obtained his M.S. in Intellectual Property Management & Markets from Illinois Institute of Technology. Mr. Muhammad earned his J.D. with certificates in intellectual property and international and comparative law at Chicago-Kent College of Law. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois.

Mr. Muhammad has helped execute trademark, copyright, patent, and domain name transactions in various industries, including in the merger and acquisition context. He has assisted small, medium and large organizations in obtaining, defending and enforcing patents, trademarks and copyrights.

Before coming to Muhammad Law, Mr. Muhammad worked at Intellectual Property Exchange International (IPXI) which was the world's first financial exchange for licensing and trading intellectual property rights. He was responsible for valuation and modeling of Unit License Right (ULR) contract offerings, asset pricing, and market analysis. While completing his graduate programs, he interned at ICAP Patent Brokerage where he was primarily engaged in competitive landscape analysis and the development of value propositions for intellectual property portfolios.
